Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the continental United States (48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or international destinations.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, the estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within the continental United States.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on destination and package size.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Address Changes
To update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus any applicable shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.
