Return and refund policy

Return Policy – Furranium

 

At Furranium, your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness are our top priorities.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, in accordance with New Jersey consumer protection regulations.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

- Include all tags, parts, and accessories.

- Be free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear or use.

- Have been purchased directly from furranium.com.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or may qualify only for a partial refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Opened or used pet litter boxes, grooming tools, or feeding accessories.

- Custom or personalized items (including embroidered or engraved products).

- Sale or clearance items.

- Gift cards.

- Any item that has come into contact with pets or shows signs of use.


Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
After this period, returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive a prepaid return label at no cost.


Refunds

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

- Furranium reserves the right to issue partial refunds if the returned item does not meet the return eligibility requirements.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@furranium.com.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged product so our support team can assist you promptly.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email contact@furranium.com with the following information:

- Your order number.

- The reason for the return.

- Photos of the item (if applicable).

Our customer service team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.


Important Notes

- Returns must be pre-authorized before sending back any item.

- Packages sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

- Furranium is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

- Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly through those retailers.
